Happy Fall Y'all!!

After about 20 hours in the car, we made it back home! Thank you, Lord, for the safe travels you provided us this past week! We had such a wonderful time with family....lots and lots of memories! We had so much fun watching Sarah Joy take in all of that Disney has to offer a two year old.....priceless times! Graham and Grace also managed to do some new things this time, including riding Mt. Everest and Mission Space. Grace is really adventurous and Graham took many risks as well! We are so grateful to Nana and Grandaddy for providing this magical trip for us!!
We returned home along with some wonderful friends and can't wait to show them around our new homefront. We have some big plans for the week and I hope to be able to show you some of our memories....until then, Happy Fall!!

Be My Everything!

We have been singing this song at church lately. I saw that my friend, Shelley, had it on her blog and I wanted to share it with all of you. I really like the part where it says, "God in my waiting". I especially think of all of the children in orphanages and foster care waiting for their forever families and for the moms and dads and brothers and sisters who are waiting to take them home. God is in our waiting and He knows....We just need to allow Him to be our EVERYTHING!!!

Something we are looking forward to...

For years (literally!!!), my parents have been making plans to take our family to Disney. We only have a few more weeks to wait for this highly anticipated trip. This morning, Grace wrote this in her journal. I am so glad she is excited about the trip! I just love the picture of my two girls!

Green....We should have known!!

Graham got his braces put on this morning (after a very dramatic morning with Sarah Joy) and, of course, he chose the green brackets! So far...he is doing great....just trying to talk me out of school work! I am afraid it is not working though! But...doesn't he look handsome!!
